We are actively seeking a professional Business Development Representative to add to our Sales team. The BDR is responsible for strategically contacting prospective customers and transitioning qualified leads to our Account Executives.
Based on the ability to meet overall performance expectations, there is a potential opportunity for this role to develop into an Account Executive position within the Sales department.
- Develop new business leads via phone, email, and social media
- Qualify new prospects and maintain appropriate follow-up activity during the sales cycle
- Identify and engage with potential buyers and other key decision-makers while working in tandem with the Sales team.
- Consistently communicate with the Sales team and Director of Sales and Marketing about updates and processes.
- Make accurate and timely entries to the order entry system
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, strategic, and investigative role
- Energetic and entrepreneurial personality
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
- History of achievement and demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles
- Ability to consistently maintain a professional demeanor with customers and team members

Compensation: Hourly + Incentives
