A Note on File Setup
Brushed aluminum behaves differently than standard white vinyl, and it’s worth understanding before you send your artwork.
Where your design has transparent or open areas, the brushed metallic surface will show through. Where you print color, the ink sits on top of the material. For lighter colors — especially white — we recommend including a white ink underbase in your file so those areas print with full opacity rather than blending into the silver background.
